  Outstanding cocktails in a beautiful heritage house! 🍹🍸 This W Hotel bar is set inside a stunning heritage house and fully deserves its Asia Top 50 bar title. I came here specifically on a recommendation from another bartender, and it did not disappoint. The menu is thoughtfully designed, with drinks inspired by the different eras of the house’s history, such a creative concept! Their signature cocktails feature clever Thai twists that enhance the flavors without overpowering them. Every single drink I ordered was perfectly balanced and delicious. A fantastic spot for cocktail lovers. Highly recommended!

  What a great place! Located at a beautiful building near W hotel, it offers unique cocktails and really yummy snacks. The staff is so nice and helpful and they made our visit really special. They also bring you spicy pretzels, olives, sake drink and prawn snack. The cocktails are not cheap for Thailand but they are very good. There was a live DJ playing nice music. We also tried some of the bar snacks which were delicious, especially the Italian spring rolls. Great to visit with friends or a romantic date. We had a great evening!

  Bar Sathorn was an incredible experience. The cocktails were absolutely awesome — creative, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the service, which was honestly more than 5 stars. The staff made us feel welcomed from start to finish, with attention to every detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier cocktail bar experience in Bangkok.

  Atmosphere: 8/10 Located in Bangkok’s Sathorn area, Bar Sathorn sits inside a beautiful villa-style estate adjacent to the W Hotel. The setting feels upscale, polished, and indulgent. Music volume is pleasant and quiet. Backbar is well done. Seating includes bar seats, couches, and tables, offering flexibility. Crowd skews middle-aged. Drinks: 9/10 Recommendation: Skyline Drift Menu is high quality with historical context behind the drinks. Selection focuses on Thai ingredient–inspired twists on classic cocktails. Flavor execution is very good. Coasters are nice. Glassware is average. Garnish is subtle and fitting. Presentation is clean, with well-executed ice work. Service: 9.5/10 Water served on arrival. Complimentary snacks and a welcome drink provided. Team is very friendly, professional, and attentive. English skills are decent. Prices are average. Reservations not needed.

  This bar occupies the front part of historic buildings at heart of Sathorn. The team creates drink menus representing 4 eras of the buildings. Bartender Golf and Film provided calm and friendly hospitality. We sat at the bar chatting with the bartenders. They surely know about local craft spirits and are super passionate about cocktail craftsmanship. We tried 5 drinks from 2 different eras from the menu book. The team splendidly twisted classic cocktail recipes with local ingredients. All drinks were well made, very balanced and structured, giving good portrays of local charm and hint about sentimental essence from the history around the buildings. According to the bartenders, they will launch new drink menus soon, so be hurry to catch up with current offerings. Apart from that, they also host seasonal food pairing events with guest chefs as well. Highly recommended
