  Bianca delivered a wonderful Italian dining experience. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The grilled pork was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and paired beautifully with roasted potatoes and mushrooms. The burrata pesto pasta was creamy and fresh, while the rocket salad was light and refreshing. Don’t miss the pistachio lava cake. It was the perfect ending to the meal. Great food, cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and generous portions. Definitely worth a visit!

  Had a fantastic meal at Bianca! Everything we ordered was delicious and full of flavour. The burrata with tomato and Parma ham was fresh and creamy, the fried calamari was perfectly crispy, and the crab avocado salad was light and refreshing. For mains, the chicken parmigiana was cooked perfectly and the gnocchi rosa was soft, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Great food, generous portions, and a lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again!

  Absolutely loved my meal at Bianca! 🍝🥩 The food isn't just gorgeous, it tastes amazing too. The prawn spaghetti and salmon tartare were super fresh. The steak and braised meat were melt-in-your-mouth perfect! 🍰 Great vibe and huge portions. Highly recommend!

  We ordered the Italian roast chicken, Caprese, and a tomato pizza topped with fresh basil and cheese, along with a glass of white wine and a Peroni beer. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and every dish was perfectly seasoned. The roast chicken was juicy and tender, while the roasted potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tomato pizza was fresh and flavorful, with an excellent combination of basil and cheese. The Caprese was also fresh and light, making it a perfect starter. The complimentary bread was served warm, which was a nice touch. The Peroni beer was ice-cold with a refreshing crispness and great carbonation, pairing perfectly with the meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we were seated in a cozy sofa corner that was spacious and comfortable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Although the prices are slightly on the higher side, the generous portions, outstanding flavors, and excellent service make it well worth the cost. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Italian food.

  Never been disappointed each time of my visit! I am not a fan of Italian or French cuisine but this restaurant is the only one that I keep coming back. Been here since their first opening when emsphere just built and the taste stays the same and always coming back whenever I am in Bangkok for visits. I give atmosphere at 4 stars because it is an open restaurant so it’s doesn’t give u any privacy feeling and you pretty much hear the noise of the mall. Italian Garlic Shrimp is a MUST even you don’t eat garlic like me!
