  I was truly impressed with my experience at Bianca. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. It was my first time dining at Bianca, and I chose to celebrate my birthday here. The restaurant thoughtfully arranged a private and cozy seating area for me, which made the occasion feel even more special. Throughout the meal, the staff were attentive and professional, ensuring that everything was served smoothly without me having to ask. The level of care and hospitality made the service charge feel completely worthwhile. The food prices were also very reasonable. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I was genuinely impressed. I would definitely return again when I have the chance.

  I’ve been here a few times. All of that, we had the great time here😊 💁🏻‍♀️Start with the staff, they are very nice, welcome and well trained. I booked the table but we have some issue so we need to postpone our schedule one more hour which they manage it very well. After our meal, they kindly approached us to gather feedback on our dining experience. It was a great opportunity to share our thoughts and suggestions for potential improvements. 🍕the food, they provide the sufficient amount to make us full while no need to order extra plate. Most of them are delicious! There are some dishes that I recommend - parma pizza - carbonara - tomato burrata cheese - fritto misto - truffle risotto 🍫don’t forget TIRAMISU! THE BEST! 💵the price is reasonable with the quality and the service, for me the most expensive one is the mineral water😅

  Friday dinner with group of coworkers. This is a big Bianca restaurant with indoor and outdoor dinning. The staffs were extremely friendly, quick on their feet and very informative about the menu. Despite being a busy Friday, our food service fast. The favorite has to be the pasta dishes. Full of flavor and quality ingredients. Their signature the beef was a missed thought, it was a bit too tough.

  Came across Bianca while exploring One Bangkok and decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a very solid, no-regret Italian meal. Started with their complimentary bread, which was warm and paired nicely with olive oil and balsamic—simple but a good start. For mains, I had the vongole pasta. Clean, light, and well executed. Garlic and olive oil were balanced, clams were fresh, and the pasta was cooked properly al dente. Nothing fancy, but done right—which is actually harder to find than expected. Also ordered the burrata with cherry tomatoes and parma ham. This worked really well as a sharing dish. The creaminess of the burrata paired nicely with the slightly sweet tomatoes and savoury ham. Ended with the tiramisu, which was not overly sweet and had a nice soft texture. A good, classic finish to the meal. The restaurant itself has a nice open, airy feel with lots of natural light, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your meal. Service was efficient even though the place was quite busy. Overall, a reliable spot if you’re in One Bangkok and want a proper sit-down meal without overthinking it. Good for couples, small groups, or even a casual business lunch. Would come back again.

  Absolutely great experience and highly recommended at Bianca Italian Restaurant at One Bangkok. I’ve been here around couple times already, and both the food and service have been consistently excellent every visit. The dishes are very colorful, beautifully plated, and elegant, while tasting absolutely delicious. I especially love the pasta, the wavy noodles (Gigli Pasta & Mafaldine Pasta) *Must try* are cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The pizza is also tasty, the avocado dish looks very appealing, and the steaks are tender, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. A special highlight was the surprise tiramisu they gave me on my birthday, it was incredibly delicious and such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of seating both indoors and on the outdoor terrace with a nice view. The staff are polite, attentive, and provide excellent service. Overall, it’s a fantastic dining experience every time, and I would happily return again.
