a month agoWe had a great dining experience overall. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and every dish we tried was enjoyable except for the shrimp, which had a very strong taste and wasn’t to our liking. A special thank you to Mr. Nitish and Ms. Sonia for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Their friendly attitude and attentive service made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We truly appreciate their kindness and would happily return again.

5 months agoWe had a great experience at this restaurant, from the moment we walked in the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were seated straight away and had our orders taken. The food is very well priced and to an excellent standard. We received complimentary starters, the house to finish which was a great touch, will definitely be returning. 👍🏼 (recommended briyani prawn)

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with rich aromas that immediately got us excited for the meal ahead. The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The curries were rich and perfectly spiced, the naan was fresh and fluffy, and the overall quality exceeded expectations. What truly made the evening special, though, was the exceptional service. Paul, our waiter, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being intrusive, offered great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal. Highly recommend this place!

3 weeks agoWe had a wonderful dining experience at Charcoal. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thanks to ( Gerald ) for taking such great care of us. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His excellent service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bangkok!

2 weeks agoI must say, it's quite well managed with a great atmosphere and service. I find it a little overpriced for average-tasting food. If I go again, it will only be because of the atmosphere, not the food.
