Impressive 4-hands dinner, all dishes have tomatoes. Food is tasty using fresh and high quality ingredients. The wine pairing is very fun. They serve sake made by malolactic fermentation and it goes surprisingly well with the risotto. Love the chocolate liqueur! Warm hospitality, just like dinner at a friend’s house

The food was excellent, especially for an 8-course menu. Overall, the quality and taste were at a very high-standard for this level of fine dining restaurant. The 8 courses with around 11 dishes in total, and most of them were exceptional. I really loved the Granchio, it was so creamy with a really nice texture that made every bite interesting. But what I enjoyed the most were the Merruzo and Manzo. When the Merruzo was placed in front of me and I smelled it, I immediately thought, “I’m going to enjoy this the most” and it turned out exactly right. The combination of black cod, yellow oyster mushroom and buckwheat was excellent. This was exactly the kind of dish that I came for. Meanwhile, Manzo was also fantastic especially with the Japanese Wagyu Beef. However, the only dish I didn’t really enjoy was Raviolo. For me, it felt a bit too plain and common, and I wasn’t really sure what story or concept the dish was trying to tell. For dessert, Cetriolo was my favorite. The combination of honey, almond, elderflower and lime was refreshing and very well balanced. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Clara was very kind, professional and genuinely passionate about the dishes she presented and explained to us. What really impressed me was her attentiveness. On my birthday, we unfortunately didn’t get the Polaroid photo because the restaurant’s camera wasn’t working but Clara gave us a souvenir to apologize for it. It was such a small detail but honestly, it made me very happy and impress more than all those exceptional dishes. The atmosphere definitely met my expectations for a high-standard Michelin restaurant. The environment was elegant, sophisticated and beautifully designed with decorative arts. The only thing I would mention is that the restaurant was slightly dark which made it a little difficult to take good photos of all the dishes. But overall, the atmosphere was still very impressive and complemented the fine dining experience really well.

We had an incredible dining experience with the new Spring Edition menu. A big thank you to Chef Christian and Clara for making our visit so memorable. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The highlight for us was the very special Ebi prawns — absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly executed. You can really taste the creativity and care that went into the new menu. Highly recommend coming to try the Spring Edition — we’ll definitely be back!

Walking into Clara feels like stepping into an art gallery that happens to serve world-class Italian food. The stunning villa setting with its thoughtful art pieces and lush garden makes every corner photo-worthy. The wagyu was absolutely spectacular — perfectly seared and incredibly tender, bursting with rich, buttery flavor. The wagyu pasta was out of this world — silky, perfectly al dente, and loaded with deep, savory flavor. Excellent experience, this one’s going straight into our regular rotation.

Absolutely sensational. The restaurant is large yet there are only a small number of tables spaced well apart. The energy is really warm despite the vast, modern space. Food was really delicious and we loved the Italian x Japanese tastes across the dishes. The gnocchi pesto with nori, most definitely a stand out along with the melt in your mouth Wagyu. We took the 6 course + paired wines experience and it was perfect. Both my dietary and wine preferences were considered. Very kind and non pretentious sommelier explaining the paired wines was appreciated. Clara herself is a warm and gracious host. We loved chatting with her and she was kind enough to give me some homegrown olive oil to take back to Australia (best I’ve ever tasted in my life). Then there is the chocolate liquor…wow! We really enjoyed our evening and will look forward to returning when next in BKK.
