2 months agoA small ramen restaurant in Ekamai with pretty unique twist. Would love to come again to try other offerings. Food: offers ramen and tsukemen with interesting topping. I went for salmon tsukemen. Toppings i got was very different, from salmon sashimi to pork shoulder, souvide chicken, couton, lettuce, gobo (I think) and a dash of mentaiko. Soup is frothy with a satifying salmon flavor. Not super thick. We ordered fried cauliflower as well which was nicely crispy and well fried. They also have oyster ramme/tsukemen which i would love to try next time. Tsukemen wasnt cherp (400thb) but i thought it qas a nice treat and very unique compared to elsewhere Atmosphere: smaller place with ~6 bar area and a couple of tables. Service: efficient. The staff also gave my son a small toy to play as well which was very nice.

2 months agoFrench x Japanese fusion was a genius idea because the salmon french ramen was INCREDIBLE. The blend of flavors was truly delicious. Great service and nice & cozy vibe to the restaurant. Also loved the friendly doggo outside. Definitely will come back, need to try the crab french ramen next! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

7 months agoA truly unique ramen experience. This is not a typical ramen shop — it’s a beautiful fusion of French technique and Japanese ramen, resulting in flavors I’ve never experienced before. The soup is incredibly rich and flavorful, yet perfectly balanced and not overly salty. I tried the salmon-based soup, and it was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and homie. It’s a small space, but it feels intimate and inviting — like enjoying a comforting meal at a friend’s home. The service is also excellent and attentive. Originally from Tokyo, you can really taste the authenticity behind the creativity. I will definitely be coming back.

a year agoThis is such an incredible place. The husband and wife duo cooking incredible artistic food. The Ramen was so difficult to eat because it was so pretty, I felt bad to dip my spoon in. I was glad I did, I rarely finish ramen and I cleaned the bowl here. They are friendly and put so much effort and attention to all their dishes (even the special of fish and chips was beer battered using a special dark beer. The wine selection is killer (French and Japanese!) and is better than most 5 star hotels. Definitely one of my new favorites

11 months agoIncredible! I can’t believe this little hole-in-the-wall spot delivers such powerful flavors. The ramen was so delicious. My friend and I cleaned our bowls. I love the concept of blending French and Japanese influences. As someone who loves both wine and ramen, this is a dream come true!
