An unforgettable dining experience. ❤️🇯🇵🇪🇸 If you love Japanese and Spanish cuisine, this place is a must visit. Every dish was beautifully presented, creative, and absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the attention to detail and passion behind every plate. I loved how they combined Japanese precision with Spanish flavors to create something unique yet perfectly balanced. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The octopus was incredibly tender, the seafood was exceptionally fresh, and every course was a wonderful surprise. The open kitchen, elegant atmosphere, and warm, attentive service made the entire experience even more special. Watching the chefs at work added another level to the dining experience. I honestly loved everything and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the whole team for such an amazing evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional fine dining experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fuego offers a unique blend of Spanish and Japanese influences, and it does so with confidence. Led by a Spanish chef, the restaurant brings together the precision of Japanese ingredients with the bold, vibrant flavors of Spain, creating a menu that feels both original and well balanced. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, with each one highlighting the best of both cuisines without forcing the fusion. Everything we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and easy to share, making the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the service matched it perfectly—friendly, attentive, and happy to guide us through the menu with great recommendations. If you’re looking for something a little different in Bangkok, Fuego is well worth a visit. It’s a creative take on Spanish cuisine that respects both culinary traditions while offering an experience that’s entirely its own.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first visit to Fuego Bangkok, and it was a wonderful surprise. The Spanish-Japanese fusion concept is executed beautifully, bringing together the best of European and Asian flavours in a creative and memorable dining experience. A special thank you to AOM for the excellent service and thoughtful recommendations throughout the meal. One of the highlights was the Grain & Malt whisky, served as a “tea” pairing with the Miso Cheesecake—an unexpected combination that worked incredibly well. I also loved how traditional Spanish tapas were reimagined with Japanese culinary techniques. The Umami Paella was especially impressive. The fish was prepared so skilfully that I could hardly notice any of the fine bones, allowing the rich umami flavours to shine through. With its well-deserved Michelin Guide recommendation, Fuego Bangkok certainly lived up to the expectations. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Appertizer : Umami Salad, Green Asparugus Salmorejo Classic : Hamaguri ‘En Salsa’ Grill: Yakitori Pipian, Tako Yaki Rice : FUEGO. Paelle (Unagi) Dessert : Miso Cheesecake & Cocoa All the best to the team—¡Bonito! I look forward to visiting again.

What an incredible experience! This place redefines fine dining! It’s cool, creative, and full of energy. We were lucky enough to enjoy the creative menu by not just one, but two chefs: Roger feat. Dan Bark. The fusion dishes were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The whole team was super professional, creating such a fun and welcoming vibe. Great music, great atmosphere. One of the best dining experiences we've ever had!

Had a fantastic dining experience at Fuego with Roger and the team. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Throughout the meal, the staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering thoughtful recommendations and even accommodating our preferences with ease. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and equally impressive in flavour. Standout dishes for us were the squid ink paella, Spanish octopus, and the miso cheesecake, which was a perfect finish to the meal. A special thank you as well for taking the time to share about your knives, we genuinely enjoyed that little touch! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
