a month agoHad a great dinner at GLAUX! The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. We tried the Dubai Lava Smash Burger, and it was honestly the highlight of the meal—so juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Definitely a 10/10! The shrimp pasta was also delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a great halal spot in Bangkok, I highly recommend GLAUX! 🍔✨

3 weeks agoWent in a few days ago and stood in a 20-25 minute queue only to be told at the front that we needed a booking — no walk-ins, no takeaway either. When I asked how to book, I was told to “check the website,” but there’s no direct site — just a sub-page through another channel showing a partial menu. Eventually found a number through their Instagram and called to book (they would claim their number is clearly published but good luck if anyone responds). Second visit: table was ready on arrival, but right at the door where customers were centimeters away standing frustratedly in queue of what is complete and utter mayhem….then it took 20 minutes just to get a QR code, and no one explained we were meant to order through it ourselves. Pasta arrived 20-25 minutes later, the burger took around 40 minutes total. The fries portion was almost comically small for what’s meant to be a full order. Food-wise: the pasta was homemade but unremarkable — a 3/5, nothing that stands out. The burger was ordered medium-well but came out overdone and tasted overly smoky. Overall, this isn’t a place I’d go out of my way for, and I won’t be returning. Service needs serious improvement I got the vibe that customers were are burden for them not their purpose of business. The food is average at best — the crowds seem driven more by an aggressive social media push (heavily targeting tourists) than by the actual dining experience.

5 months agoOverall, GLAUX Thailand was a solid experience. The burger was fine, although unfortunately it came well done, which took away a bit from it. The noodles were okay as well, pretty standard and nothing particularly outstanding. The same goes for the fries. On the positive side, the portion size was good and the prices were fair, so overall the value is decent. The staff were super friendly, which definitely improved the experience, and the interior is nice and creates a pleasant atmosphere. So overall: a good place with friendly service and fair prices, but the food itself did not really stand out. Not a bad burger, just not an outstanding one.

3 months agoAbsolutely loved this place! 🍔✨ We tried their signature burger and fries, and the taste was amazing juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. The restaurant has a very cozy, calm, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to chill and enjoy your meal. The staff were super friendly, respectful, and professional, with excellent service throughout our visit. 👏🏻 Highly recommended for all burger lovers, and the best part for المسلمين — the food is halal 👍🏻🔥 Will definitely visit again!

4 months agoReally enjoyed my visit to Glaux Thailand. The standout items for me were the California Fires, Beef BBQ Burger, and California Chicken Burger. All three were full of flavour, generous in portion, and felt more premium than the usual burger options. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Halal gourmet burgers are not easy to find in Thailand, so it’s great to have a spot like this here now. Would definitely come back.
