3 months agoWe recently tried the semi-buffet lunch at Hi Shou in Hotel Nikko and had a wonderful experience. The Obanzai-style concept where you choose one main course and enjoy a selection of buffet dishes, is both excellent and thoughtfully curated. The food was delicious and very reminiscent of what we have enjoyed in Japan, with great attention to authenticity and flavor. A special thanks to the entire team, especially the warm and attentive staff led by Khun Botan, team members Khun Natt, Khun Opal and Khun Ploy, as well as the chefs for their excellent menu selection and creativity. With prices starting from just THB 520 (depending on the choice of your main course), this lunch is also very reasonably priced for the quality offered. We will definitely be back again for this lunch!

2 months agoVery good atmosphere with excellent service. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Variety of Hors d'oeuvres to experience. My grilled saba fish came with very enjoyable smell. Steamed egg is very refreshing and light.

2 months agoThe food is delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. The main dishes come in very generous portions. The obanzai selection offers a wide variety of choices, including fish, pork, oden, and gyoza, all available for unlimited servings. The ingredients are fresh and of great quality. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff provide excellent service—attentive and genuinely caring throughout the dining experience.

2 years agoEverything here exclaims "Japanese", the food, service and atmosphere. The quality and the test of the food is very good and authentically Japanese. The atmosphere is cosy and wuietly elegant. They also have shabu buffet. Now they have set lunch with a small selections of appetizer, side dishes and dessert, but I was informed that they will discontinue the buffet soon. The price is somewhat high, around 1,000 bath plus for lunch. The shabu buffet starts from 780++ to 1250++ per person depending on the menu you choose, which is on the high side, but the quality and services ard premium.
