2 months agoI had shabu-shabu hot pot today, ordered a set meal featuring grade 5 A Wagyu beef. The beef tasted incredibly tender and premium. The service was thoughtful and polite. What impressed me most was the stunning interior design, which creates a serene and peaceful zen-like atmosphere. Everything about the dining experience was superb. The perfect finishing touch was Hokkaido ice cream. It was classic vanilla flavour drizzled with salty caramel syrup. The whole meal felt extremely pleasant. The taste gradually grew richer as I ate. I dipped the beef in peanut sauce for a richer savoury taste, then wrapped up the feast with the refreshing ice cream. It was an absolutely wonderful culinary journey.

7 months agoA cozy, refined shabu restaurant that truly feels like dining in Japan. Calm atmosphere, clean design, and very well-organized perfect for enjoying quality food without feeling rushed. Hitori Shabu Marche offers a wide variety of premium beef cuts. I ordered the Wagyu A5 set, and it was very satisfying. The quality of the meat really stood out fresh, well-marbled, and served with care. This Thonglor branch especially gives an authentic Japanese dining experience. Taste: ⭐⭐⭐ The Wagyu A5 was rich and tender, melting nicely in the shabu broth. Simple flavors, but done right. Worth the price: Yes For the quality of beef and the overall experience, the price feels reasonable and justified.

8 months agoI visit this place at least once or twice a week. The food is very clean and delicious. The prices went up a little recently, but they’re running promotions again! It’s really good, so I highly recommend giving it a try.

9 months agoWe had such a fantastic dining experience, all thanks to our server, Tunyong. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly helpful, serving us with a genuine smile that made us feel instantly welcome. She did a wonderful job explaining the menu and walking us through the current promotions, ensuring we got the best value. She was so helpful in showing me how to cook the sukiyaki. That level of attentive service is rare and truly appreciated. Because of Tunyong's exceptional hospitality and dedication, we will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you!
