First spot trying Thai food in Bangkok. Everything was absolutely delicious and in my opinion, perfectly spiced had enough of a hit where you could really get a ton of flavor, but not enough where you couldn’t taste the food. Menu in English and Thai, very reasonable prices. We had sautéed Chinese spinach (which I would highly recommend), mango sticky, rice, chicken pad Thai, crispy, salted pork with an egg and rice and the green curry! The menu was a mile long so options for everyone!

In A Nutshell: -Im Chan is an indoor/outdoor street restaurant along busy Sukhumvit Road. -You will enjoy real Thai food where the locals go to eat. -I loved the Black Pepper Chicken & Sautéed Morning Glory. -The meal came out quick & hot. -I ordered it "nam man noi" which is less oil. Overall, I really liked the food here & will stop by again.

A few years ago, this was one of our favorite places because the food was consistently delicious. Unfortunately, on our recent visit, every dish we ordered lacked freshness and flavor. Even the fried egg had clearly been pre-cooked, which was surprising. We’re not sure why it wouldn’t be made fresh to order. It was really disappointing to see such a decline in quality. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

The Food was okey, a bit spicy but not too much. The meat is not really the best but the vegetables were good. Its a good restaurant to get something fast. We ordered a lot of different items, red curry with duck, with vegetables and Tofu and with chicken. We also had some spring roles and Pad Thai with Shrimp. And at the end we ordered mango sticky rice. The Pad Thai, Spring roles and the Mango sticky rice. Were better than the curries.

Simple, satisfying and cheap Thai food. My go to place whenever I'm in Bangkok. Love the pomelo Salad!
