a month agoVery yummy - chef is from Amalfi Coast and he cooks really well! We got croquettes - well seasoned and fried, green salads (very fresh and crispy leaves) and the garlic chili spaghetti with sausage served in a pan (garlicky with al dente pasta). Overall highly recommend - price is on the pricier side but you can tell the ingredients they use are high quality and i’m all for supporting small businesses. Will definitely be back to try their other signature dishes which they mentioned are homemade seafood pasta and carbonara. Thank you for a lovely meal!

4 months agoSo good! Me and my boyfriend came multiple times throughout our stay in Bangkok. The food was fresh, authentic and delicious. Atmosphere is great.

11 months agoAuthentic Italian cuisine. The best we had that night was their seafood platter. No fancy stuff just grilled fishes and prawns. The Pizza Napoli was good as well. And the special of the day was Octopus with bread. Wine served was different from other places as well. Overall the place is amazing and cozy.

2 months agoThis is one of my the most favourite authentic Italian restaurants in BKK. Every dish was incredibly delicious and clearly prepared by Italian chef. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, making each bite full of authentic Italian flavors. The staff were also exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real Italian cuisine. I always come to this restaurant when craving Italian foods.

2 months agoI had a wonderful dining experience at La Vela Bangkok. I tried the potato croquettes and the fresh homemade tagliatelle with fresh tomato sauce — simple Italian dishes where the quality of the ingredients and the technique really make the difference. Everything was excellent, full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. A special compliment to Chef Giovanni for his passion and attention to detail. It’s always a pleasure to find genuine Italian cuisine made with care. Looking forward to coming back soon!
