2 weeks agoBeautiful restaurant in a busy mall which felt calm, serene and quiet to enable us to enjoy a very good Thai meal. The pomelo salad was the standout dish with lovely crunch and flavour. The crab omelette rice, kang kong and glazed pork were also good. Very generous dishes and we will so full we just couldn’t order any dessert. The service was impeccable and very friendly

2 months agoTried the Thai National Dish - Stir Fried Kraprao with chilli and hot basil ( minced chicken). The actual portion is much smaller than the one that’s depicted in the picture so it’s enough for only person. Although the taste was very good. It went well with the Fried rice (Veg). The phad Thai was decent. Service was very fast and we were in and out in less than an hour. Staff were very efficient. Good place to visit if you want to have veg food in a jiffy whilst in Terminal 1 Mall.

4 months agoOn a recent trip to Thailand, my spouse and I visited Nara for dinner. We’re both big fans of satay and theirs was delicious. Neither of us had had pineapple fried rice so we felt like we needed to try it. That ended up being one of our favorites. We were so glad we tried it. I can’t remember the name of the local dish or the beef dish that we tried. The beef dish was exceptionally good. It’s photographed in the middle picture.

5 months agoWe had 4 dishes in total including dessert, all were very well executed. Papaya salad with egg classic taste with no fermented sauce, glass noodles with prawns, very good balance of sour and fat from the pork belly underneath, deep fried sea bass with pepper was excellent, crispy on the outside and soft and tender inside. Sticky rice with durian ended this very good meal on a high note. Menu images as of January 25th 2026.

4 months agoVisited Nara Thai Cuisine at Terminal 21 during a trip to Bangkok with my wife. We ordered several dishes, including the Pu Pad Pong Curry, which was quite good. Even though we ordered enough food to feel full, the dishes were surprisingly easy to keep eating. The vegetables were cleanly cut and fresh, and the sauces had just the right level of intensity that kept us going until the last bite. In terms of value, it may not be the best compared to small local restaurants outside the mall. If you’re purely comparing taste, you might find similar dishes for a lower price elsewhere. That said, the overall cleanliness and presentation of the food might be part of what you’re paying for. The atmosphere was neat and comfortable, which fits well with a restaurant inside a mall. However, the service from the staff was a bit disappointing and could have been more attentive. Overall, a solid place for clean and well-prepared Thai food while visiting Terminal 21.
