  Octave Rooftop Lounge & Bar is one of those places that completely lives up to the hype. The panoramic city views at night are absolutely breathtaking, and watching Bangkok light up from the rooftop makes the experience unforgettable. The cocktails were beautifully crafted, refreshing, and worth trying, while the food was equally impressive with great flavours and presentation. What stood out the most was the service, everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome without being overbearing. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed, making it ideal for a date night, celebrations, or simply enjoying a drink with friends. I’d recommend arriving before sunset so you can experience both the golden hour and the sparkling skyline after dark. It isn’t the cheapest rooftop bar, but the overall experience, stunning views, excellent food, and fantastic hospitality make it well worth the visit at the top of Marriott. I would happily come back the next time I’m in Bangkok.

  Visited Octave Rooftop and had a really good experience overall. I first tried the mango sticky rice, which was definitely a highlight—fresh mango, soft sticky rice, and a nice balance of sweetness. A simple but well-made dessert that fits perfectly with a rooftop setting. It’s perfect for watching the sunset over Bangkok. It was a bit windy during the visit, so it wasn’t the most comfortable at times in the open seating areas, but the view of Bangkok’s skyline still made it worth it. The 360-degree panorama is one of the best parts of this rooftop. Service was friendly and smooth, and the staff handled everything well even when it got busier later in the evening. What surprised me is that at night the DJ slowly turns the place into more of a party atmosphere, with music getting more energetic as the evening goes on. A great mix of relaxed rooftop views early on and a more lively party vibe later at night. I would definitely recommend it depending on what kind of evening you’re looking for.

  Octave Rooftop Lounge & Bar Team, We had an absolutely fantastic evening, and the sunset views over the Bangkok skyline were simply indescribable—certainly some of the best in the city. The food and drinks were equally impressive. We particularly enjoyed the cheese platter and the crispy French fries, which were delicious and a major highlight of our meal. The cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were expertly crafted, and the vibrant atmosphere created by the DJ made for a very stylish and memorable setting. We also greatly appreciated the friendly and attentive service provided by your staff throughout the night. Regarding the entry process, it was helpful to understand the separate entry and minimum spend structure for the rooftop area. We felt the options for the entry fee and the 1,000 THB per person requirement for a table were well worth it given the premium views and high-quality entertainment provided. Thank you again for a magical evening. We will certainly be recommending Octave to others and look forward to visiting you again in the future.

  Had a drink there. Loved the chill & lowkey vibes with great unobstructed (by crowd) views. Downside I didn’t appreciate is I told the waitress that I would like a stronger cocktail, she said sure, without mentioning it’ll cost an extra 400 BAHT which I only found out when the bill came.

  Nice rooftop bar in Bangkok with a great vibe and beautiful city views. Minimun spending 1800 bath each person. I tried the burrata with cherry tomatoes and it was really fresh and tasty. Drinks were well made and overall the atmosphere is great. That said, the staff was a bit distracted when it came to service at the end: when I asked for the bill, it took around 40 minutes and multiple requests before it arrived, which was frustrating. If you want to visit I recommend reserving in advance, especially if you want a good table with comfortable sit.
