2 months agoTried Pala Pizza Romana & Bistro and it definitely lives up to the hype for authentic Italian food in Bangkok. The location is super convenient right under BTS Asok, and the place has a lively, casual European deli vibe. It does get quite busy, especially during peak hours, so expect a bit of a wait. The highlight is their Roman-style pizza by the slice—the crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with rich, flavorful toppings. You can really taste the quality of ingredients. The pasta is also well done and feels very authentic. Service is quick but the atmosphere can be a bit hectic if you’re looking for a relaxed dining experience. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it. Overall: Great spot for a quick, satisfying Italian meal in the city. Definitely coming back for more pizza #Pizza #Pasta #Bangkok #Vegetarian #VegetarianPass

a month agoPala Pizza Romana was a great surprise, for real. The pizza was specially made, and I absolutely loved the dough. You can tell they put real care into it. We also tried the pistachio cake, which was magical. What I especially liked was the vibe of the place. It feels like a little piece of Europe, cozy, relaxed, and full of character. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

4 weeks agoPALA Pizza Romana & Bistrot was an excellent experience. The pizza was outstanding, with a light, crisp crust and great ingredient quality. The Porchetta slice was especially memorable — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the artichoke cream and mozzarella. The Toscana slice was also excellent, with a classic combination of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and ham done very well. Everything looked fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Great location, great atmosphere, and some of the best pizza slices for a quick but genuinely high-quality meal in Bangkok. Highly recommend.

3 months agoSolid pizza place located close to the Sukhumvit BTS. Good selection of pizzas that are sold in singles, 8-piece or 16-pieces. No price difference that I can detect. The pizza is reheated before serving and is the crust is easy to eat. Good quality cheeses used. Montanara is great if you love mushrooms. The 5-cheese is also recommended. Other than pizzas, there's also pasta on the menu. Check out the desserts in the chiller. Cramped interior, high tables.

2 months agoThe pizza here was so good with so many options to choose from. I ordered the Burrata pizza and it was absolutely delicious. One thing I really liked is that they offer pizza by the slice, so you can try different toppings instead of committing to just one. The pasta and salad I ordered were just okay though — not as impressive as the pizza. Maybe I picked the wrong dishes, so I’ll definitely come back and try other ones next time! The restaurant has pretty limited space, which I understand since they want as many people as possible to enjoy their pizza. They really made use of every single centimeter for tables though — I honestly felt like I came together with the people sitting next to me hahaha.
