  If you are looking for authentic, high-quality fresh pasta, Pastaioli at Emsphere is definitely worth a visit. Every single dish served here is absolutely delicious, with a clear focus on mastered pasta creations. ​ The menu is heavily centered around their incredible fresh pasta. The texture and flavors across all pasta dishes are top-notch. ​ The menu is quite streamlined. They offer a few salad options to accompany your meal, but note that the selection of appetizers or light finger foods is fairly limited. Come here ready for the main event! ​ ​The service is excellent. The staff is attentive, polite, and welcoming. ​ The restaurant is cozy but has limited seating layouts. There is only one table available that can comfortably accommodate a larger group of friends. The rest of the seating is best suited for smaller parties of 2 to 3 people. ​ If you're planning a group gathering, make sure to book that single large table in advance! Otherwise, it’s the perfect spot for an intimate date night or a catch-up with a couple of close friends.

  We had dinner at PASTAIOLI when visting Emsphere. Overall we thought our experience was good. The food was excellent, very fresh and tasty and we enjoyed all the dishes we had. I did order a dish with roast potatoes which were sparse when they arrived so maybe portion could be better. Service was also okay and attentive. The slight issue we had was we were seated next to a concourse area with the menu next to us so people often watched us eat as they walked by or decided to look at the menu. This was fine and we could have moved if it bothered us. The star being knocked off is because of the bill which did stun us a bit when it arrived considering we did not order any alcohol, and especially after tax and service is added on top! That being said the food was good quality so we didn’t feel completely short changed and can recommend.

  Lovely lunch at Pastaioli in Emsphere. The seafood pasta was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. 🔥🔥The seafood was super fresh and the portion was generous. Great atmosphere and perfect for a relaxed lunch. I will definitely come back again. 🤌🏻❤️

  Picture on the left was the first time I came and loved it. Picture on the right, I came today and it's so watery it looks like it's sitting in soup!!! Horrible inconsistency. Informed the waiter and all he said was "We can make it dry if you want." No apologies from the waiter. I told him upfront he has terrible customer service and he just gave me a sullen look and kept quiet. Also, it was MEANT to be dry. So not sure what he meant by saying they can make it dry.
