The cafe is situated on a green plot tucked at the end of a dead end street away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit. The pancakes were airy and fluffy without collapsing. The cream, the rose water, decoration and everything was superb. The honeycomb was terribly (but intentionally?) burnt and was the only complaint. The Valrhona hot chocolate was completely sugarless which makes me suspect it was made with cocoa powder rather than chocolate. Service was impeccable. There was so much parking. So so much parking for such a central location.

Tucked away in a quiet alley near Phrom Phong station,Ryoku Cafe is a beautiful hidden gem that serves up deliciously fluffy soufflé pancakes and other solid brunch options. While the food is great, what truly stands out is the stunning, peaceful ambience of the place, which features a sunlit white glasshouse surrounded by lush greenery. It strikes the perfect balance of being incredibly easy to access while offering a quiet, aesthetic escape from the busy Bangkok streets.

I was drawn to this cafe primarily because of the beautiful Japanese fluffy pancakes. I ordered Honey Peach Tea which was very refreshing (especially after my 10 min walk from the BTS station in this April heat)! My Pancakes with Strawberry and Mascarpone were good but not extraordinary. Situated behind Emquartier this cafe is almost hidden from sight. Soft floral decorations are all over the place which feels a little crowded and less aesthetic. There are two floors and the 2nd floor has private dining rooms. There are designated photo areas and space outside the cafe to take a walk. The staff was very attentive and helpful and spoke fluent English. The prices are on the higher range all thanks to the soft floral atmosphere.

We came to Ryoku twice in our 4 day stay in Bangkok because it was so delicious! The pancakes are so fluffy and the sauces and cream complement them perfectly! The carbonara was so delicious as well. If you’re looking for a lunch option, the pumpkin soup and beef parppadelle are excellent as well. For drinks I recommend the hojicha latte, but all drinks are fantastic and not too sweet! The ambiance is so green and inviting, I could stay all day! Staff was very kind and welcoming, best service we had in the city ❤️Thank you so much!

As you start walking down a dead end street you start to question if the cafe is really there, it is !! And what a gorgeous space it is! Staff is so friendly and welcoming, and there so many cute places you can take photos! I super loved the "peach cloud" drink. The flavor was so fragrant 😍 ! Pancakes are good! I got their best seller. For those traveling to Thailand, its definitely a great space for your girlie brunch!
