If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding—the staff at the entrance gave us such a warm welcome, and every member of the service team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. The food was simply incredible. Every dish was delicious, and a few of them honestly left us speechless. We actually looked at each other wondering, “How can something taste this good?” The quality of the ingredients, the flavors, and the presentation were all impeccable. A special thank you to the chef, who took the time to personally explain each course and the inspiration behind it. It added so much to the overall dining experience and made every dish even more meaningful. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team for your passion, hospitality, and attention to every detail. We can’t wait to come back!

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was truly worthy of a Michelin-level fine dining restaurant—each dish was a refined explosion of flavor, beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The service was nothing short of spectacular: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm without ever feeling intrusive. The setting on the 56th floor is simply stunning—elegant, sophisticated, and offering an unforgettable atmosphere that elevates the entire experience. Chef Bjørn Tischner has crafted something truly special here. This is more than just a meal—it’s a complete culinary journey I would highly recommend.

Located on the 56th floor of Empire Tower, Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo, offers a modern interpretation of classic Italian dishes, crafted by multi-Michelin-starred Chef Paulo Airaudo. The dining experience at Sartoria is both immersive and sophisticated, blending classic Italian opulence with Tuscan charm overlooking the entire Bangkok, sunset is best time to catch the breathtaking views. Business lunch starts from THB2,000 but their tasting menus go above THB6,000 per person; and of course, the wine cellar is well stocked.

Lunchtime on Sunday and I tried the "PRANZO D'AFFARI" tasting menu where each dish was an experience curated by the great chef Bjorn Tischner, starting with a very flavorful consommé, a Mortadella Pistachio wafer which was fun to look at and an explosion of flavor in the mouth, a refreshing Ricciola with a perfect balance of acidity and the subtle, delicate flavor of the fish, a great dish was Venison where the meat was cooked to perfection, so tender it melted in my mouth, and to finish I ordered Granita which, with its acidic, fresh touch and that punch of spice, cleansed my palate for a quick bite and some more snacks… I want to highlight the attention to detail and the meticulousness of the service, as well as the very welcoming space with its spectacular views of Bangkok. For me, it's definitely a place I'll be returning to.

This place was so wonderful, sunset, nice decoration but the staff quite strict on everything too much The day we went to eat, there was no one else in the restaurant — only our table. So we asked if we could take photos at other tables where the lighting looked nicer. The staff had already told us that we weren’t allowed to place the cake we brought onto the table just for photos (which honestly confused us a bit). But they still didn’t allow us to use the other tables, saying they were reserved. In the end, until the restaurant closed, we were still the only table there. As for the food, it was quite average and nothing really stood out. The only dishes that were quite good were the shrimp and the fish. The desserts were very mediocre. Overall, the prices felt rather overpriced. Initially, we planned to order à la carte, but the prices were shocking — for example, a single scallop cost 1,900 THB. So we decided to order a small course instead. However, the taste still wasn’t particularly impressive. The total came to around 5,200 THB, which isn’t exactly cheap or extremely expensive, but it didn’t really feel worth the price.
