  We actually came here because another popular burger place nearby had a wait of over an hour. Surprisingly, Snax was completely empty despite having a higher Google rating and an inviting concept, so we thought we’d give it a shot. Unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The staff member spoke good English but couldn’t explain the menu, which was already confusing. For a restaurant trying to stand out, you’d expect the team to know the products inside out. The food was even more disappointing. The burgers arrived with ketchup as the main sauce. For a specialty burger restaurant, that’s simply not good enough. No signature sauce, no memorable flavors, just a very bland burger that we abandoned after a couple of bites. The fries were extremely dry, and the chicken strips came coated in crushed ramen noodles, something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the menu. Had we known, we would have ordered something else. The saddest part is that someone clearly invested a lot into the branding and design. The place looks fantastic and has real potential. Unfortunately, the kitchen and service don’t live up to the vision. With better execution, this could be a neighborhood favorite, but in its current state, it falls well short of expectations.

  Absolutely loved the burgers at Snax! The buns were soft and buttery, the beef was juicy and packed with flavor, and the crispy edges made it even better. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is fun and colorful, and the presentation looks amazing too. Definitely one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in Bangkok. Highly recommend for burger lovers! 🍔🔥

  4⭐️ I have seen the burger on top of this place so many times, and I really want to give them a try! We went to Dr green next door, and found out we can smoke on the roof here. So I was very excited to try their food! We got the Dirty Wagyu Fries to share cause we weren’t super hungry, and 2 sprites. The fries were surprisingly really good! The stairs to get to the roof were VERY steep and narrow. There’s seats on each level of the building which is cool. The roof only has a few seats, but it’s right across from Soi Cowboy, so it’s a great people watching spot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

  Snax Burger is on point. They have delicious and tasty hamburgers. I ordered the double with bacon and it was fantastic. It’s a good decent burger in Bangkok.

  A must try highly recommended Burger & Snax point in Sukhumvit, Bangkok. What was supposed to have been a one time visit for Me at midnight has turned out to be a daily visit. The Staff, especially Candy are very freindly and kind with 100% customer service satisfaction levels. Their manners and attitude towards customers are of high standards. The quality of the food is Great and very tasty. I have tried the Smashed Burgers, Curry Chiken Baguettes and many other items. I have been visiting the Restaurant on a daily basis & have now become a regular Customer.
