2 months agoWent to Sorellina with my girlfriend after searching forever for a really good pizza spot in Bangkok and honestly this was the best pizza I’ve had here so far. We had the nduja pizza and the burrata mortadella one. Both were excellent. The dough was light and balanced without the huge overly puffy crust some places do, and the ingredient quality was genuinely noticeable. The burrata pizza especially was ridiculous. Atmosphere was relaxed, service was friendly, and the whole place just felt like people actually care about the food. Definitely coming back.

a month agoAbsolutely enjoyable dinner …. the Papaya was subtle and delicate paired with Gruner Veltliner while the Beef Bresaola was bold with earthy flavours that matched the Barbabianca, and the pizza was just prefect with that charred sweetness….. well executed with a warm atmosphere will definitely return again and again….. !

6 months agoVery good pizza, fresh ingridients, high quality, good service. Dough is soft in the inside and crispy at the outside. Well baked, not too chewy. Would definitely recommend to visit them :)

11 months agoWe were honestly surprised this place was nearly empty on a Saturday night—because it deserves to be one of the busiest spots in town. The quality here is on another level. I travel around Southeast Asia trying pizza wherever I go, and Sorellina is hands down the best I’ve had in the region. We ordered the Northern sausage pizza, the mortadella and pistachio pizza, and ended with the panna cotta. The Northern sausage pizza had just the right balance of spice and savoriness, with toppings that felt hearty without being overwhelming. The mortadella and pistachio was a revelation—the salty creaminess of the mortadella paired perfectly with the nutty pistachio, all layered on a chewy yet airy crust. The dough itself deserves mention: it’s light, resilient, and carries the toppings without ever getting soggy. And the panna cotta? Silky, not too sweet, with just the right wobble—a perfect finish. The atmosphere is casual, open-air, and a bit hidden away at H Space near BTS Thong Lo. It’s not flashy or pretentious, but the staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome. Prices reflect the quality of ingredients, and in my view, the value is exceptional for what you get. If you love pizza—even if you’ve tried it all across the region—Sorellina will reset your bar for what great pizza in Southeast Asia can be. A true gem.
