We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Starita.....From the moment we walked in, the manager, Ivan (who is originally from Rome), made us feel incredibly welcome. He personally explained every dish and gave us expert wine recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal. The food and service was 12/10.....Yes you saw that right.... We tried a bit of everything: the burrata was insanely fresh, the baked spinach dish was delightful, and the stuffed ravioli with flavourful tomato sauce and risotto porcini were cooked to perfection. The pizza is a must-try for anyone seeking authentic Italian flavors. For our main, the baked see bass fish was outstanding. We ended on a high note with the lava cake with ice cream, tiramisu and the panna cotta. If you are looking for a genuine Italian culinary journey in Bangkok, you must visit Starita....... Ask for Ivan—he will make your night truly perfect!" A big thank you from me and my friends...

I never expected to have such an amazing experience. I’ve always heard that a great Italian restaurant isn’t just about luxury, it’s about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and this place truly delivers. All the staff were wonderful, especially the Italian gentleman who recommended the dishes and provided excellent service. He made the dining experience feel special from the very beginning. Every dish was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back! ⭐️🍝🍷

When it comes to dining out few cities around the world matches to the variety that Bangkok offers, and Italian and Japanese stand out even more. We do dine out around Thong Lor quite often but today is our first at Starita. The place looks rustic with old school design. We were fortunate to have met Evan the manager who was running his own Italian place before Covid but now he is happy offering his expertise with the folks in Italy and the owners here in Thailand. He made sure to be with us guiding and chatting with us, very Italy. Reminds me of the good old days with our friends at Roma..Paolo, Roberto, Emmanuelle, Elenora, Antonella, Francesco, Aldo, Roshni..wherever you all are…ciao and Salute🙏 The Pizza margerita was topped with pecorino cheese, lippi had clam Vongole, eshana had a traditional Rome style carbonara. I had sea food risotto which was excellent. The portions were on the smaller side but just right. The selection of deserts were limited but the Panna Cotta was good and presented so well. The wines were a bit pricey, we just had a caraffe of Merlot which was oK. All in all a good place to dine out with Family and friends! Grazia Evan!🙏 Eshana sends her thanks for the bolognese voucher.

I recently dined at Starita and left genuinely impressed. The atmosphere felt warm and cozy, with comfortable lighting, inviting décor, and a relaxed vibe that makes you want to settle in and enjoy your meal without rushing. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a fancy dinner or a laid-back evening with friends. I ordered a pizza and was extremely satisfied. The mozzarella was delicious—fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced with the other ingredients. The toppings were high quality and full of flavor, and you can tell they respect traditional Italian techniques. Every bite felt authentic and carefully prepared. The service was also very good: attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. The manager, who is Italian, came by to greet guests and was a genuinely warm and welcoming presence, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. I also appreciate that they make their own fresh pasta in-house. For vegans, they even offer homemade pici—made simply with flour and water, without egg. I didn’t try it this time, but I’m already looking forward to coming back to taste it on my next visit.

Tucked away in a quiet laneway, Starita offers a truly authentic Italian dining experience from the moment you walk in. The cosy, traditional setting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like you've stepped into a charming trattoria in Italy. All the food that we ordered is thoughtfully curated, delivering authentic, beautifully balanced flavours that truly capture the essence of Italian cooking. Every dish is a delightful surprise. From the house focaccia to creamy burrata & mortadella and drool worthy pastas and authentic wood-fired pizza, I can easily see this being one of the best restaurants this year. The drinks selection is equally impressive, with great options ranging from cocktails to beer and wine, perfectly complementing the meal. With excellent, attentive service from the staff, the entire experience feels genuinely Italian — relaxed, generous, and full of flavour. Highly recommended. If you’re after classic Italian dining experience in Thonglor, this is the spot! We tried 🥗 BRUSCHETTA AL POMODORO 🦑 FRITTO MISTO 🦪 MUSSELS SAUTE' 🧀 COLD CUT (Mortadella) & MIXED CHEESE (Pecorino Bruno/ Montasio/Rosso pascoli, grissini & Gnocchi Fritti) ** The gnocchi fritti was super bomb!** 🍝 HOMEMADE RAVIOLI Alla VODKA 🐑 RED WINE BRAISED LAMB SHANK **highly recommended** 🍕 WOOD-FIRED PIZZA ( SEAFOOD & CAPRICCIOSA) #noeyeats
