A stunning historic mansion turned into a luxury dining and bar space right next to W Bangkok Hotel. The building itself is the highlight—colonial-style architecture with a beautiful courtyard that feels completely different from the modern city around it. Perfect place for a special dinner or a classy night out. The atmosphere is elegant, quiet, and very photogenic. Food is refined with a modern twist, and desserts are definitely worth trying—especially the Hong Kong waffle, which feels like a signature menu here. Cocktails are also well-crafted, and overall presentation is impressive. Prices are on the higher side, but you’re paying for the experience and unique setting. Service is professional and attentive, matching the upscale vibe of the place. Overall, one of the most unique and memorable dining spots in Bangkok. 👉 Check my profile for more Bangkok luxury spots and travel deals.

The building itself is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Both the service and the food fell well below expectations, especially given the prices, particularly when compared to other restaurants we visited in Bangkok. Communication was also an issue, as most of the staff did not speak English. We ordered the soft-shell crab, seafood Tom Ka soup, and tiger prawns. The seafood in the soup did not taste fresh, and the tiger prawns were dry and lacked flavor. In addition, the air conditioning was set far too cold, making the indoor seating uncomfortable. We also had to walk up to the host to request the bill, as the waiting staff were not attentive. We were seated indoors, which had little atmosphere compared to the outdoor area that seemed much more lively. Overall, this experience was far from what one would expect from a restaurant of this level, especially given its location next to the W Hotel.

Authentic Thai atmosphere in a beautifully renovated heritage house. This restaurant offers a stunning setting for those looking to experience Thai culture, as it is located in a beautifully renovated old house with exquisite decorations. They offer a convenient lunch set menu that includes appetizers, a main dish, and dessert. While the quality of ingredients is top-notch and the service is calm and professional, the flavor profile is milder and geared more toward foreigners rather than those seeking intense, traditional heat. A fantastic choice for a high-quality meal in a sophisticated, historic atmosphere!

What a lovely experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth. The cocktails were delicious, and I loved that each one had a story behind it. A special shout-out to the hostess with the mostest Ya-Ya! What an amazing person. She was so attentive and truly put the customer first. We would have stayed longer just to be served by her! Thank you, Ya-Ya, for making my birthday holiday so special. 💖

AN AFTERNOON TEA INSIDE A QUIETER WORLD I had afternoon tea here, and the experience feels less like being inside a restaurant, and more like stepping into a quieter world hidden within modern Bangkok. - Design & Space: The contrast between the heritage house and the modern city outside gives the place a very distinct atmosphere. Soft lighting, open windows, and the courtyard make the space feel slower and more removed from Sathorn outside. - Afternoon Tea menu: Balanced between savory and sweet, with an elegant and understated presentation. - Suggestion: If possible, request a window seat in the Paii dining room—especially in the late afternoon, when the light softens around the house and the contrast between inside and outside feels most noticeable. ⭐ Conclusion: Calm, refined, and quietly social — a good setting for an unhurried catch-up or gently hosting someone in the middle of the city. Some places in Bangkok feel less discovered than remembered. This was one of them.
