  A nice place with big crowd (on weekdays)! Been here a few times and overall it’s a good value for money place! Lots of items to choose from. The food we ordered ranged from good to excellent. The taste was a bit on the mild side, though. Price wise, very competitive. No wonder there was a long waiting line if you come for lunch on weekdays. Staff was also very accommodating. Never go wrong if you want something Japanese that is not over the top. A great place!

  If you’re looking for a true hidden gem, this Japanese restaurant is the one I would pick over any flashy, overpriced spot in the mall. It may not have the glamorous storefront or luxury branding, but what it delivers on the plate is far more impressive — authentic flavors, great quality ingredients, and prices that actually make sense. This place is always packed during peak hours, which already says a lot. You’ll see locals, office workers, and regulars filling every table. It’s the kind of restaurant where people clearly come back again and again. If you plan to visit during lunch or dinner rush, expect a short wait — but trust me, it’s worth it. The grilled fish is one of my absolute favorites. Perfectly cooked with crispy skin and juicy, tender meat inside. You can taste the freshness in every bite. It’s seasoned just right — simple, clean, and balanced, exactly how proper Japanese grilled fish should be. Pair it with rice and miso soup and it instantly feels comforting and satisfying. The tempura is another highlight. Light, crispy batter that’s not oily at all, coating fresh seafood and vegetables. Each piece comes out golden and airy, with that delicate crunch when you bite into it. Dipped into the tentsuyu sauce, it’s honestly hard to stop eating. What I love most is that despite the consistent crowd, the quality never drops. The food comes out fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. It feels like a neighborhood secret — the kind of place you almost don’t want to tell too many people about. If you value quality over hype, this is the Japanese restaurant to go to. I’d happily choose this cozy hidden gem any day over an expensive mall restaurant.

  A comforting bowl of udon with rich, warm broth and crispy tempura on top. The noodles were soft and chewy, while the tempura added a nice crunchy texture. The portion was satisfying, and the flavour felt simple but well-balanced. Overall, a good choice for anyone looking for a cozy and tasty Japanese-style meal.

  A quick and reliable option with lots of seating. Can get busy during rush hour with all the workers in the area but service is very quick. Lots of japanese menu options but slightly on the pricier side for certain things. Recommend the salmon steak and rice bowls. Can also make reservation in advance. Always will be back!

  I’ve eaten here many times and it’s always delicious. It’s very clean and the wide menu of food is consistent. Hot or iced tea is included in the price and they constantly provide refills.
