I recently visited The Oasis at Hotel Nikko Bangkok for their Saturday brunch, and the experience felt thoughtfully curated rather than overwhelming. The atmosphere stands out immediately. It is calm, spacious, and softly elegant, creating a setting where you can truly relax and enjoy the moment. Unlike many buffets that focus on quantity, this one feels more intentional, with each dish presented with care. One of the highlights was the Canadian lobster, prepared in several styles, along with foie gras and a well-balanced selection of Japanese, Western, and Thai dishes. The quality of ingredients was consistently good, and the flavors felt refined without being too heavy. Another detail I appreciated was the unlimited umeshu, which added a gentle, enjoyable touch to the overall experience. Overall, this is a brunch that focuses more on quality, atmosphere, and comfort rather than excess. A great choice if you are looking for a more relaxed and refined weekend dining experience in Bangkok.

I've been coming here for weekday breakfasts (THB 500++), twice a month or so, for the past year. Today, I finally decided to explore their Saturday brunch. For the price of THB 1,699 I have unlimited access to (fresh!!)seafood on ice, including yummy meaty oysters (not those cheap flimsy ones served at overpriced restaurants), tender roast beef, grilled meat and seafood station, sushi and sashimi 🍣, Thai Delicacies, pizza🍕 , and a French toast station, and of course tons of desserts and ice cream 🍩. Also one serving of lobster per person. Since I live right here in Thonglor and am a native Bangkokian, I can say that you literally won't get better value for money anywhere, let alone this neighborhood. For the same price I would get a mediocre meal of maybe 2 dishes and a coffee 😕. The service here at the hotel is always impeccable, whether it's for everyday breakfast or for their brunch festivity. Khun Botan and her amazing team, Khun Arm, Khun Flash, and all, are all so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Safe to say I basically live here now lol. This review was not sponsored in anyway I just love them that much. The first three photos here are from the brunch and the last one is for their regular breakfast.

What a wonderful breakfast spot! The healthy Japanese choices are delicious, the view is beautiful, and the service team is truly outstanding—professional, attentive, and welcoming. A perfect way to start the day. đŸŒ…đŸ±đŸ‘

We booked the “come four, pay for three” buffet promotion at The Oasis, Hotel Nikko Thonglor, thinking it would just be a fun, casual lunch. After all, a buffet is a buffet, right? But this one genuinely impressed us—and not just because of the unlimited taraba crab that lured us in. There were eight of us, and everyone left happy. For me, the highlight started with the crab—grilled and steamed to perfection, sweet and meaty without being overly salty. But I didn’t stop there; the beef steak station had me going back for seconds. The steak was beautifully cooked, tender, and flavorful, and the gravy paired perfectly without overpowering the meat. The grilled lamb also deserves a special mention—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and without that overly “gamey” taste you sometimes get elsewhere. The seafood selection overall was solid: fresh oysters, plump and clean, alongside a good range of other seafood items. The spread itself leaned international, with everything from pizza and pasta to Northern and Southern Thai dishes—and apparently even Isaan favorites, though I was too focused on the carving stations to try them. The braised beef noodle soup got rave reviews from the table, as did the sushi bar, which my friends couldn’t stop praising. Desserts were a pleasant surprise too—well-executed and not overly sweet—and the unlimited coffee was a nice touch. What really elevated the experience, though, was the attention to detail. A welcome drink for everyone—either a refreshing plum cocktail or a mocktail—set the tone, and live music throughout lunch added an easy, relaxed vibe to the meal. And the generous three-hour dining window made the whole afternoon feel unhurried, perfect for a catch-up with friends. Service was spot-on too: attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. For a buffet that combines quality, variety, and value, The Oasis really delivers. It’s the kind of place you’d happily recommend—not just for the crab, but for the whole well-rounded experience.
