  I'm a returning customer who purchased a vitamin drip course and used their services regularly. I thought my package had expired. A new salesperson called to say that the vitamin drips were still available. I double-checked, and they confirmed there were 3 sessions left. Of course, when I arrived, intending to use my remaining package as they claimed, I felt it was a sales pitch to try and sell me more courses. I wanted the remaining vitamin drips as the new salesperson had said, but another person told me my old package was sold out. Look at how they treated their customers; they were deceiving me to try and sell me more. When I tried to use the service, they remained silent and refused to take responsibility for their previous statements. It was unprofessional. My health is valuable, and I shouldn't entrust it to someone who doesn't take responsibility for their words. After two years of using their services, their professional image seems to be gone.

  The shop's pin wasn't correctly marked, it was overwritten. Parking was an additional 300 baht for 3 hours. The atmosphere was nice, the service was good, and it was clean. Overall, it was good. But it took a while to make an appointment at 1:00 PM. I arrived at 1:15 PM. It took a long time to fill out the form and wait for a staff member. I waited for almost an hour for the IV drip, and then I got into the oxygen tunnel. I didn't know what I was waiting for. Then the staff member said they couldn't do the check-up today because there was a long queue. I told them I had come too far. I finished at 3:50 PM, almost 4:00 PM. I wasted almost 3 hours here without getting a check-up. Then the staff member said the EIS machine was malfunctioning and asked me to make another appointment. Even after waiting 3 hours, it still wasn't done. I had to turn around and wait again. I paid, confused. What a waste of time! They didn't even bother calling to apologize.
