  I had an amazing experience with the Head Spa and Radiance Facial Treatment (120 minutes). The entire session was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The head spa was soothing with just the right pressure, relieving stress and helping me completely unwind—I almost fell asleep! The facial treatment was equally impressive. The therapist was professional and attentive, adjusting the steps based on my skin condition. After the treatment, my skin felt deeply hydrated, radiant, and refreshed. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was thoughtful throughout. Definitely worth the full two hours. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely come back again!

  Every aspect of Chandee was the best spa experience I have had in Thailand, and actually anywhere to-date! This location was walking distance from my hotel, so I happened upon it, checked the reviews (which were stellar) and decided to book a 60-minute head spa and 60-minute facial. Bee at the front desk was so welcoming and helped me make my reservations for the next day. I also observed her taking care of other clients with such genuine kindness. The aesthetics of the spa are top-tier with beautiful design, comfy new looking furniture, and calming lighting and music. They give you a refreshing welcome drink, hand towel, and bring you slippers. On the day of my appointment, Bovy was working the front desk, and she also had amazing energy and excellent customer service. We had great conversation while she checked me in and helped me pick the right oil scent and hair product for me. Wan then appeared to bring me upstairs to begin the services. She had a very calm, gentle presence. The beautiful spa aesthetics continued at every floor. The massage table and room was well maintained and calming. The facial happened first. I noted that I have sensitive skin, and Wan absolutely treated my face with care. It was so relaxing that I fell in and out of sleep. This rarely happens to me during services because I tend to have challenges quieting my mind, but Wan was so good at every aspect! I relaxed right into it all. The head spa was next, which included some ASMR sound components. All very relaxing. The warmth of the water, the head massage, shampooing, and upper body massage elements felt so nice. I was truly in heaven throughout this entire experience. I signed up for their member rewards program and cannot wait to return into the future for more services. I could see this being great for couples too. They have two locations. I’ll be sure to stay near one of them again. 100% recommend Chandee! Oh and the pricing is totally comparable to the quality of the experience and the team who truly cares about creating the perfect spa experience! I’m from the US where we’d have to pay almost triple, and still wouldn’t be guaranteed the level of care, skills, and genuine customer service that Chandee offers.

  One the best massage I ever had!! My partner and I had a head spa session here and it was absolutely incredible. The massage and the water waterfall therapy were amazing, deeply relaxing, and highly professional. The owner and the staff are incredibly sweet, polite, and attentive. They treat you with so much care and respect from the moment you walk in. The treatment itself was worth every single bit. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

  Excellent service through and through! Took the 2 hours head spa+ Aroma package and the whole experience was amazing. They really take care of you, checking in to see you’re okay every now and then. The 120mins were full of relaxation and then they took extra time for hair drying. Even offered a little pouch of complimentary bath salts as gift. Highly recommend them.

  Amazing place that I highly recommend! I did a 90 min head spa + aroma oil massage here, in a room with starlit lights. After the 30 mins aroma oil massage, the massage bed ‘transforms’ into a head spa bed. Both services were comfortable, with customers being able to choose which massage oil and shampoo type that we want. The head spa was so comfortable in which they use different tools to give your hair and scalp a real relaxing and comfortable feeling, and therapists’ skills were great as well. All the staff including front desk managers, therapists and lady boss were all very friendly and warm with excellent service. Even before we went for the treatment, from email reservation till WhatsApp replies, they’ve been very prompt and accommodating and also delivered what they promised in the email conversation. I would definitely revisit again during my next trip to bkk. Thank you!
