  I had an absolutely amazing experience here! The atmosphere is so peaceful, clean, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The therapist really knew what they were doing—they hit all the right spots and managed to relieve all the tension in my shoulders and back. The traditional Thai massage was authentic and perfectly tailored to my preferred pressure. I walked out feeling like a completely new person. Will definitely be back！^^

  Nice spa and massage place — part of the same chain as Oasis Spa. It’s very convenient to book, and communication by phone is easy. The staff are also very lovely and welcoming. Overall, the experience was nice. I tried the aroma/oil massage, while my friends tried the Thai massage (there are different names on the menu, so feel free to ask the staff for advice). My oil massage was just okay, but my friends said the Thai massage was excellent. At the end of my oil massage, there was a bit of stretching, which felt really nice — so I think this spa might be especially good for Thai massage. 🚫 One small downside: the room isn’t fully soundproof. The doors are sliding doors with small gaps, so I could hear people walking or talking outside. It wasn’t too noisy, but better soundproofing would make the experience more relaxing. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from EmQuartier, so the location is quite convenient.

  The room was private, though not particularly luxurious. The selection of massage oils was nice, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. However, considering the price, the room, bedding, decoration, and overall service could be improved. I also had to ask the therapist several times for a stronger massage. There is no parking available, and overall it did not feel like a luxury spa experience.

  We had a really good treatment at Gaaya. It was not out of this world good or memorable but I would say the hands of the masseuses were smooth and soft. They were very kind and well trained. The amenities were also good. Toilets are separate from the room so you’ll need to walk a bit down the stairs. Everything was clean and as it should be. Just not phenomenal rather a bit generic but good.

  I had the most incredible massage experience in Gaaya by Oasis Spa in Bangkok, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless, calming, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the second you step inside. Yu is, without a doubt, the best, most caring, thoughtful, and attentive massage therapist I’ve ever had. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session, and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Her technique and experience is exceptional. Strong when needed, gentle when appropriate, and always precise. You can truly feel his experience and dedication in every movement. Yu made the entire experience feel personal rather than routine. What impressed me even more was the flexibility and genuine kindness of the people. They were accommodating with scheduling and changed one sectionof the package after my request. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the outstanding quality you receive. Incredible value for such a high-level massage. If you’re in Bangkok and want a massage that goes beyond expectations, Gaya is the right Spa. I left feeling completely renewed, relaxed, and grateful. I will absolutely be back!
