  I got a very cute gel manicure that perfectly matched the color I wanted! The staff were all very kind and the service was excellent. They even sent me photos of my finished nails, which made me very happy. I’m super satisfied! I also tried the massage here before and it was amazing as well. Definitely recommend trying both the nail and massage services! 😁💅

  I had a head, neck, and shoulder massage, and it was excellent. The therapist was very professional and focused on all the tense areas. I felt relaxed and refreshed afterward. Highly recommended!

  I had a full body scrub massage and facial which was outstanding. The masssuse then stretched iut my lower back as i ahve had issues with it snd i feel bran new. Highly recomend it and a lovely cup of tea after )

  I visited this salon because from the outside it looks luxurious, attractive, and quite expensive. However, from the very beginning, the experience felt off. Being asked to pay in advance was already a bit uncomfortable. I also clearly mentioned at the reception that I did not want a male therapist, yet my request was not respected. Unfortunately, the massage itself was extremely disappointing. The therapist seemed completely inexperienced, with no proper technique or control. The pressure was applied in the wrong areas, making the whole experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Additionally, the level of hygiene did not match what you would expect from a place presenting itself as “luxury.” I have been in Thailand for the past two months and I get massages regularly — at least three times a week — so I am very familiar with what a proper massage should feel like. I have never experienced anything like this before. The technique was so poor that it actually caused discomfort and made parts of my body feel tense rather than relaxed. I paid for a 2-hour session but could only tolerate around 30 minutes before I had to stop and leave. It was simply too unpleasant to continue. In my opinion, this place is far from the image it promotes. Do not be misled by the exterior or marketing. Nowadays, many businesses focus heavily on marketing and online image, and in some cases, positive reviews may not fully reflect the real experience — similar to what happens in the restaurant industry. I would strongly recommend paying close attention to the negative reviews, as they often provide a more realistic perspective. It was a complete waste of time and money. At the end of the day, what truly matters is the quality of the massage and hygiene — not appearances. Reply Thank you for your response.
