  i received an Ultimate Hydrafacial and loved everything about my experience at Loft. the lady who worked on me was very gentle and always checking up on me if things were too hot, cold, harsh but i did not need to ask for any adjustments because it was already perfect. the facility was very neat, clean, and beautifully decorated. they give you butterfly pea tea as you’re checking in then some coconut snacks + tea as you leave. just a tip for foreign travelers, traffic in bangkok is no joke. it’s comparable to Los Angeles or New York so please give yourself an extra 15-25 minutes to get here. i was a little late to my appointment but the staff were still very kind which i was grateful for. also, it’s located down a narrow-ish alleyway, so also be mindful of that. would highly recommend and would also be coming back next time i visit bangkok :)

  I had the best massage in Bangkok. I came asking for tension relief in my neck and shoulders. I feel great again. The therapist paid special attention to specific areas, relieving tension and stretching. I chose the 1.5-hour aromatherapy massage. At the end, they gave me delicious tea with sweets. I'm so happy 😊 Thank you so much. I'll definitely be back again 🙏🏻

  Looking for amazing treatment in the heart of Bangkok? Look no further! From the time I began the booking process til the very moment I left I knew I was in good hands… literally! They messaged me to confirm my appointment within 30 minutes of submitting my request online and had me booked an hour later for the Mahanakhon Package for 120 minutes! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and felt instantly comfortable while enjoying the provided refreshments. I then got to meet my massage therapists Ja and Saran who were light hearted and fun which brought even more comfort. They work in tandem while providing consistent pressure and movements between the two of them. It felt like one person with four hands which I thought stood out as unique solely to Loft Thai. If you’re looking for a one of a kind experience with true professionals then this is the spot for you!

  I had an amazing experience at Loft Thai Spa & Massage! The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing from the moment we walked in. My partner and I did a 3-hour couples massage, and it was absolutely worth it. The therapists were very professional, attentive, and made sure the pressure was perfect throughout the entire session. The spa itself is beautiful and peaceful, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. Everything felt very high quality and well organized. After traveling and walking around Bangkok, this was exactly what we needed. If you’re visiting the Sukhumvit area and looking for a great massage or couples spa experience, I definitely recommend this place. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about coming back next time we’re in Bangkok! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Sarah and the staff at the front desk were incredibly accomplished and extremely helpful. I had never gotten a Traditional Thai massage let alone a massage in general. Their hospitality is truly unmatched, they made my friend and I feel at ease and checked up on me while i waited for my friend to be sone with her services. I hope to come back before leaving Thailand in a few days.
