  Had another wonder massage with my wife at this place (120 mins hotstone + aromatherapy), is called the floating away massage. Honestly one of the best massages I had in Bangkok! The welcome drink was very nice and the receptionist was very helpful in explaining the process. The massage oils also smelled very nice. Our masseuse were very professional and used the perfect amount of strength to press away the knots on my back and legs. They even gifted us the hot compress used after the session so we can continue using it back at the hotel! Would definitely return again for another session!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Once Upon A Thai Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed—it immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My therapist was attentive and clearly skilled; the massage was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling completely refreshed, both physically and mentally. I would absolutely recommend Once Upon A Thai Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality spa experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

  Had such a relaxing experience at Once Upon A Thai Spa & Onsen. The atmosphere felt calm the second we walked in, like stepping into a little hidden pocket of peace away from the heat and crowds. The onsen was clean, quiet, and incredibly soothing after long travel days around Thailand. 🫧🌿 The staff were kind, welcoming, and made everything feel comfortable from start to finish. We left feeling completely recharged and refreshed. Definitely one of those places where time slows down for a bit. Would absolutely come back again on our next trip.

  We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. Although the shop isn’t big, the décor is cozy and comfortable, and the tea was really good. We booked Sky After Rain through Klook, which seemed to be a bit cheaper. After that, we filled out some forms to indicate which areas to focus on and picked our ice cream flavors. Then we got to choose essential oils and a body scrub— I chose Holy Wood, which had a relaxing woody scent (highly recommended), and Tamarind scrub, which I also loved. Our therapists, Pang and Rung, were very professional and spoke basic English. Throughout the session, they kept checking on the pressure and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The massage room had a starry-sky ceiling that was stunning to look at, and soft background music added to the atmosphere. My husband prefers stronger pressure, and he felt Rung’s massage was excellent and very professional. After the session, they served dessert and tea, both of which were delicious. They also provided a warm neck compress, which is available for purchase at the shop. We’ve been to many massage places in Thailand, but this one never felt rushed or hurried. They manage the number of clients really well, the service was thoughtful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the environment was clean. This is definitely a place we’d love to revisit in the future.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a professional yet relaxing massage experience in Bangkok!

  Unbelievably good, worth every penny. I got the Shine on me treatment for 210 minutes at 4,000THB. It was a combination of a thorough body scrub, aroma massage, and thai herbal compress with some stretching at the end. In reality it took about 4hrs in total and I loved every second of it. The staff were ultra polite and helpful, with calm voices (they all spoke English). The environment was cosy and clean, although you do have to go up a maximum of 4floors if you get the room with a shower. The massage technique was insane - ive never done anything better than this. My therapist was clearly a seasoned professional. She was able to immediately sense my discomfort in certain areas and switched to another area or technique without me even needing to ask. I was so impressed. No hard-selling of any products in the end either. Was able to relax throughout the entire experience, and never felt rushed during my visit. Even the desserts were so great!!! Totally worth your time and money, 100% recommend trying to get the longest treatment possible. Im already looking forward to visiting the other outlet 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️
