  I was looking for something unique to try while visiting Bangkok, and that’s how I discovered cold plunging. It was my very first cold plunge experience, and I absolutely loved it! The staffs were kind and welcoming, and the facilities were spotless and very well maintained. I had such a great time here and truly enjoyed every minute of the two-hour session. Highly recommend 🫦♥️

  Absolutely loved this place!!! Super clean, relaxing, and such a good vibe overall. The sauna and steam room helped me feel so refreshed, and the ice bath was amazing after. Staff were friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth visiting if you need a reset. ♥️🧖‍♀️

  Best vibe you could find from ice bath place. Good facilities, full system-services for your recovery and retreat in the middle of Bangkok city.

  Will definitely come back for the ice bathing. This place is smaller than thonglor but I liked it much better as it accommodates less people and you can enjoy chill and zen vibe.

  This was the first ice bath place I ever tried and honestly I don’t want to go anywhere else. Been here so many times and still can’t get enough of the calm vibe, super friendly staff, and great facilities. They’re also the first in Bangkok with a fully filtered ice tub so it’s always clean every time you hop in. Only a 10 minutes walk from BTS Asok too. 100% recommended!
