  Absolutely loved this place!!! Super clean, relaxing, and such a good vibe overall. The sauna and steam room helped me feel so refreshed, and the ice bath was amazing after. Staff were friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth visiting if you need a reset. ♥️🧖‍♀️

  Amazing relaxing space for a morning of detox and physical recharge before kickstarting the day. Really also appreciate their friendly staff who guided my 5-min ice bath (longest I’ve ever done). I’m excited to make this more of a regular routine 🙏

  Best vibe you could find from ice bath place. Good facilities, full system-services for your recovery and retreat in the middle of Bangkok city.

  Will definitely come back for the ice bathing. This place is smaller than thonglor but I liked it much better as it accommodates less people and you can enjoy chill and zen vibe.
