This was the worst massage experience of my life. The masseuse was probably from a neighboring country. Her massage technique was unlike any I've ever had in my life. The steps were strange, and the pressure was odd. Please retrain your staff.

The masseur was on the 5th floor of the mall. He was very energetic, and I felt great after the massage. Highly recommended!

The shop is on the 5th floor; you'll find it right after taking the escalator up. A 30-minute neck, shoulder, and back massage was incredibly relaxing. The head massage was so soothing I almost fell asleep. The atmosphere was great, with relaxing background music. The staff were polite and courteous. The chairs were comfortable, and the massage room was spacious with a long balcony overlooking the BTS rooftops. After the massage, they offered warm, fragrant tea. It was pure bliss! I'll definitely come back for a massage again someday when it's raining and I can't go home.
