a month agoThe shop is on the 5th floor; you'll find it right after taking the escalator up. A 30-minute neck, shoulder, and back massage was incredibly relaxing. The head massage was so soothing I almost fell asleep. The atmosphere was great, with relaxing background music. The staff were polite and courteous. The chairs were comfortable, and the massage room was spacious with a long balcony overlooking the BTS rooftops. After the massage, they offered warm, fragrant tea. It was pure bliss! I'll definitely come back for a massage again someday when it's raining and I can't go home.

3 months agoThis was the worst massage experience of my life. The masseuse was probably from a neighboring country. Her massage technique was unlike any I've ever had in my life. The steps were strange, and the pressure was odd. Please retrain your staff.

a week agoOut of all the massages I've ever had, this is the worst. All the staff are Burmese, no Thai people. It's impossible to communicate about where to focus or what my symptoms are. The masseuse only used her elbows, like she was just lightly touching my back, not applying any pressure. She kept staring at her watch, not touching any pressure points at all. I couldn't take it anymore and asked for a different masseuse. The new one was the same; she was completely incompetent. I booked a one-and-a-half-hour Thai oil massage, wanting a focus on my back, but she only used her elbows to massage my legs and only massaged my back for 10 minutes. I feel like I wasted my money. Almost 1000 baht for a massage, and the service was worse than massages that cost 200 baht an hour. I feel terrible. This place shouldn't be in a mall at all. I'm so disappointed. Even if it were free, I'd feel like I wasted my time.
