  Booked a day pass why staying in Bangkok, staff where super helpful with getting me booked in and showing me around, great range of gym equipment, clean locker rooms with a showers, sauna and ice baths where a great touch deffo be back again

  Amazing place ,the view is sick and you can really relax after a hard workout ☺️lights set up is crazy if you want to shoot some good picture by the way

  Is this a very good place to come, And is this my first time here. My friend was invited me. OK, the place is very nice and quiet private. Clean and peaceful. The staff here also so nice. Great service, I really recommend to come here, there is Sauna And Ice bath for three ice bath difference temperature

  A very nice place to reset your body. The whole place feels calm with a really relaxing design. They have three ice bathtubs with different temperatures so you can choose how intense you want it. The spa is on an open rooftop in the middle of Sukhumvit 24. which I really loved, you can see the sky and the surrounding buildings while doing the sauna and ice bath, which makes the whole experience feel even more refreshing and peaceful. The place is also very clean, which is always my first concern before going to any spa. everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect and not far from the BTS either :) A bonus is the chocolate peanut butter protein shake at unreal gym after. So good!

  The ice bath and sauna experience here in was absolutely fantastic! The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the contrast between the cold plunge and the heat was incredibly invigorating. It’s a great spot for recovery and relaxation. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind or boost their wellness routine !
