  Disappointing check-up experience - poor coordination : I recently completed the Annual Health Check-up package at Samitivej Sukhumvit. While I have no complaint about the medical procedures themselves, the overall organisation of the experience was a real letdown. No continuity of care. At no point was there a single staff member responsible for guiding me through the process. I was sent from one department to another with no real follow-up or handover between them. Excessive waiting time. More than six hours elapsed between my arrival and the final payment, far longer than I had anticipated for a scheduled check-up. Unclear instructions. No one told me when I was allowed to drink or eat again after the fasting blood test. Instructions throughout the day were given hastily and were often confusing, with very little support or explanation. For the price paid, I expected a far smoother and better-supported experience. My next full check-up will be at a different centre.
