  I had the best massage ever! I saw so many people saying this in their reviews, and now I have to say it too. Duen is absolutely amazing—she really knows how to find all the tight and sore spots. I had a 2-hour Thai and oil massage, and it was incredible. My God, it felt so good! If you’re coming here, you have to ask for Duen. Highly recommend!

  Stayed just on the corner from this place, seeing many people passing by every day and decided to try. Came in the morning right after the opening, no reservation required. Staff helped me to choose the right massage and we had the Urban set. Foot massage is done at the main lobby, atmosphere is very friendly and calm. The full body oil massage is cared upstairs in a private room, all the amenities are provided, shower is also available. You can enjoy the tea after the procedure. Lots of thanks to my therapist Anny , who was very caring, kind and professional. Highly recommended.

  I just had a wonderful foot massage at Urban Thai on Surawong Road and wanted to share how great the experience was. From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm, clean, and beautifully designed. A special thank you to Kaw, who gave me the massage. She was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. The pressure was just right the entire time, and she made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. My feet feel completely relaxed now! Highly recommend 👍🏻

  I stopped by briefly and had an unpleasant experience at the reception. While the staff seemed friendly the reception lady saw me but didn’t say hello and left me standing there for about a minute without any greeting - I was the only one standing there and she was not on the phone or anything, just looking at a paper. When she finally spoke, she told me „You have to wait 30 to 40 minutes“. Overall, the atmosphere felt very cold and unwelcoming. Prices are also about 50% higher than nearby places, which have equally great reviews—so it’s definitely worth checking those out. I’m sure the massages might be good, but I don’t feel like paying more to be treated rudely.
